2026-2027 Enrollment Timeline

  • Feb. 2nd, 2026

    K-12 Applications and Preschool Registration Open
    Apply online or pick up a paper application at our Admissions Office on the high school/middle school side of our campus. We will not begin accepting them until February 4th.

  • Feb. 4th, 2026

    Cardinal Connect Night
    This is an all-school (preschool-12th grade) informational night where families get a chance to meet other perspective and rising families, teachers, coaches, administrators, and more!

  • Feb. 18th, 2026

    End of Priority Enrollment Period
    Turn in your K–12 application or preschool registration by February 18 to receive priority—early submissions open February 4!

  • Feb. 18th, 2026

    All K-12 Applicants Contacted
    By this date, you'll be contacted to schedule a 45-minute academic assessment for your student. High school applicants will also return for an interview. K–12 applicants will receive an admissions decision within 48 hours of assessment/interview.

  • End of March

    All Preschool Registrants Contacted
    By the end of the month, you will be contacted with an admissions and schedule decision!

  • After March

    We accept applications year-round. Feel free to still apply after our priority enrollment period!

Admissions FAQ’s

  • Please schedule a consultation and/or tour with our Director of Admissions, Melanie Hargadon. Navigate to the “Visit” button above, or complete our “Inquiry” form at the bottom of this page. We look forward to hearing from you!

  • It’s never too late! We accept applications year-round. We understand choosing the best educational path for your child is not a linear journey. Whether you are applying during priority season, or halfway through the school year, we are here for you.

  • Enrollment begins February 2nd, 2026 for the 26-27 school year. Come tour this fall to learn more!

  • Our admissions process starts with the submission of an application. After submission, an assessment (K-12) will take place. High schoolers will also return for an interview. Finally, within 24 hours of your assessment and/or interview, you will be contacted with your admissions decision.

  • The opportunity to sign up for our sports programs will be after you have been accepted to our school. This will take place during the registration process. If you’d like to sign up for band, you will inform the site principal and/or academic counselor during your interview.
